I recently went to Diaz as my usual hairdresser is off sick and I'm sooo pleased I did! They managed to fit me in at very short notice and when I got there I was offered tea or coffee for free which my usual hairdresser charges for. I then had a very in depth and informative consultation with my hairdresser Dawn who was extremely helpful and almost bursting with fresh ideas on what to do with my hair and colour. I wanted an update on my style but nothing too radical and Dawn understood completely what I was looking for. Throughout the wash and cut I was asked if I was happy with the decision I'd made which was so refreshing as a lot of hairdressers don't really listen to what you want. The end result was superb and exactly what I was hoping for. The price was on a par with what I usually pay so it wasnt particularly cheap but I didn't mind paying the amount as I was and still am very happy with the cut. Well done Dawn!! Only very minor downside was the salon wasn't particularly clean with a lot of hair on the floor and messy workstations but that really was the only minor issue. Will definitely be a regular customer from now on and have recommended them to all my friends. .
