"Never open and they are they are rude"

The shop is always shut, even during opening hours. I called them to see whether they had reopened or not and he was rude to me, shouted at me and cut me off. Been this shop numerous times and every time I’ve been they have either been closed (during opening hours) or they’re open, but they’re extremely rude..
